We don't have a "staff" per se, for we are all called to be "pastors" and "priests."  As Peter said, "You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."  The word pastor comes from the word "pasture."  The obvious implication is that a pastor is anyone who feeds you from the pasture: the Word of God. We tend to refer to ourselves as Brother John or Sister Mary, rather than Reverend John or other such silly titles.  We are family, not employees.

We do have Elders.  These are men with a proven track record of faithful service. They have led lives of good moral example and humility.  But the position of Elder is one of service, not status, therefore we neither glorify them on this web site, or in person.  We thank them for their sacrifice, but their reward will be in Heaven, not on Earth.
